    Would amend Criminal Rule 2.1 and Traffic Rule 3 dealing with case transfers.

    Filed July 14, 2020.

    Comments due by no later than October 1, 2020.

    Reply due by no later than October 15, 2020.

    ORDERED: Petition to Amend Rule 2.1, Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure and Rule 3, Rules of Court Procedure for Civil Traffic and Civil Boating Violations = ADOPTED as modified on an emergency basis, effective immediately.

    FURTHER ORDERED: Opening this matter for public comments. Comments are due October 1, 2020, and any reply is due October 15, 2020. The Court will decide whether to adopt this rule on a permanent basis at its December 2020 Rules Agenda.
