The petition seeks to amend Arizona Rule of Civil Procedure 56(c)(3) to allow judges to opt out of separate statements of facts. Instead, the parties would attach the materials to their motion, response, or reply. They also would sequentially paginate the attachments and cite to those pages in the motion, response, or reply.
