    The Petition seeks to change Rule 4(g), Arizona Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure, by eliminating the portion of the rule that allows a party to file a certificate of service 5 days after filing a document.

    Filed: December 6, 2021

    Would amend ARCAP 4(g) to eliminate the portion of the rule allowing a part to file a certificate of service five days after filing a document.

    Comments must be submitted on or before Monday, May 2, 2022.
    Any reply by a petitioner must be submitted on or before Wednesday, June 1, 2022.
