    Would amend Supreme Court Rule 123 to establish provisions for public access to court records in cases filed under A.R.S. Title 36, Chapter 37 to determine sexually violent person status.

    Would amend Rule 123(d) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona to establish provisions for granting or restricting public access to court records in cases filed under A.R.S. Title 36, ch. 37 to determine sexually violent person status.

    Comments must be submitted no later than Monday, May 1, 2023.
    Any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Thursday, June 1, 2023.
