    Filed: January 10, 2023

    Would amend Rule 38.2 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure to provide that after a prosecution resumes after the defendants fails to fulfill deferred prosecution conditions, the State may request that the defendant be given an additional opportunity to participate in the deferred prosecution program.

    Comments must be submitted no later than Monday, May 1, 2023.
    Any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Thursday, June 1, 2023.
