    Proposed amendment to Ariz.R.Civ.P. 7.2

    Filed: September 21, 2023

    Would amend Rule 7.2(a) of the Rules of Civil Procedure to require that a Rule 7.1(h) good faith consultation certificate must accompany any motion in limine.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2024, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 3, 2024.
