    The Petitioners request the Justice Court Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 113, be amended to specifically authorize service by e-mail or by other electronic means as an alternate form of service.

    Filed: November 13, 2023

    Would amend Rule 113(a) of the Justice Court Rules of Civil Procedure to authorize a plaintiff to file a motion to serve a summons and complaint by email or other electronic means as an alternative form of service.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2024, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 3, 2024.
