    Would amend Rule 31.3(e) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona to permit Fair Housing Initiative Program non-lawyer employees to represent alleged victims of discrimination during the Attorney General Civil Rights Division’s fair housing investigations, mediations, and conciliations.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2024, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 3, 2024.
