The Superior Court of Mohave County requests the attached changes to the Court's Local Rules be adopted effective immediately. The judges of the court have reviewed and approved the new rules and the public has been given 30 days to comment on the proposed new rules. During the comment period three individuals responded with comments to the rules. The three comments have been included. It is noted that the judges agreed to modify the proposed rules to include the comment submitted by County Attorney James Schoppmann.

    Filed: January 30, 2024

The request seeks the Supreme Court’s approval of proposed amendments to the local rules of practice of the Superior Court in Mohave County.

Comments must be submitted on or before April 2, 2024.
