    Filed on behalf of:

Would amend Rule 43(b), Arizona Rules of Protective Order Procedure, to implement Senate Bill (SB) 1436 from the Second Regular Session of the Fifty-sixth Legislature (Laws 2024, Ch. 5) related to qualifying convictions for lifetime no-contact injunctions.

    Filed: April 2, 2024

Would amend Rule 43(b)(3) of the Arizona Rules of Protective Order Procedure to implement a recent statute adding convictions for aggravated assault and stalking as “qualifying convictions” for lifetime no-contact injunctions.
