    Petition to Amend Rules 3.2, 4.2, 7.5, 14.3, 26.10, and Form 3(a), Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure, and for an Amendment to the Arizona Traffic Ticket and Complaint Form, Exhibit A to the Rules of Procedure in Traffic Cases and Boating Cases
