    Would amend Criminal Rules 26.11, 29, 30, and 41 to conform to legislative changes re: process to set aside a conviction proposed by Fair Justice for All Task Force

    Expedited consideration sought for August 3, 2018 effective date, public comment period following adoption, and Court consideration in December 2018.


    Comments due September 28, 2018.

    Reply due by October 19, 2018.
