The reinstatement process is governed by Rules 64 and 65, Arizona Rules of the Supreme Court.
Applications for reinstatement should be in the form of a pleading, filed with the Disciplinary Clerk at the address below. The application fee of $100.00 should be paid to the State Bar of Arizona. The applicant must obtain all documentation required by rule prior to submission of the application to the Disciplinary Clerk.
