May 6, 2020- The Administrative Office of the Courts’ Director has entered an Administrative Directive modifying a Fiduciary’s time to complete their continuing education requirement. ACJA § 7-202 requires the completion by May 30th. That date has been extended to December 31st. Please click here to view Administrative Directive 2020-09.

April 8, 2020- Governor Doug Ducey has entered Executive Order 2020-26. The order calls for immediate implementation of A.R.S. §§ 41-371 through 41-380, allowing Remote Online Notarization.
