May 6, 2020- The Administrative Office of the Courts’ Director has entered an Administrative Directive modifying a Fiduciary’s time to complete their continuing education requirement. ACJA § 7-202 requires the completion by May 30th. That date has been extended to December 31st. Please click here to view Administrative Directive 2020-09. 

April 15, 2020- Chief Justice Robert Brutinel has entered Administrative Order 2020-65 regarding a licensed Fiduciary's obligation to visit ward. Please click here to view Administrative Order 2020-65.  

April 8, 2020- Governor Doug Ducey has entered Executive Order 2020-26. The order calls for immediate implementation of A.R.S. §§ 41-371 through 41-380, allowing Remote Online Notarization. Effective Friday, April 10, 2020, Remote Online Notarization may be used for notarial acts as valid witness to execution of documents. Please click here to view Executive Order 2020-26.
