 PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA - May 7, 2024

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE CORRECTIONS OFFICER RETIREMENT PLAN LOCAL BOARD FOR THE JUDICIARY 

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Corrections Officer Retirement Plan Local Board for the Superior Court and to the general public that the Corrections Officer Retirement Plan Local Board for the Superior Court will hold a meeting open to the public Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., via Zoom due to COVID-19. Members of the Corrections Officer Retirement Plan Local Board can attend by telephone conference call. As indicated on the agenda, the Local Board may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, to discuss confidential matters pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A) (2) (3). 

 

A copy of the agenda for the meeting will be available at the Administrative Office of the Courts, 1501 W. Washington Street, Suite 221, Phoenix, AZ. 85007, at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the meeting. The call-in information is listed below:

Board members may attend the meeting via conference call in accordance with A.R.S. § 38-431(4).  As indicated on the agenda, the Board may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, to discuss certain matters.
