Rule Petitions- Pending

In addition to the foregoing rules adopted on an emergency basis, the following rule petitions are pending on the December rules agenda:

R-11-0019 ARCAP: Rule 7 (Stay of Proceedings to enforce a judgment.) This petition proposes amendments to paragraph (a) concerning supersedeas bonds that would conform Rule 7 to recently enacted A.R.S. § 12-2108.

R-11-0023 Probate: Rules 7, 8, 10, 10.1, 10.2, 15.1, 15.2, 18, 19, 22, 26, 26.1, 27.1, 28, 29, 29.2, 30, 30.1, 30.2, 30.3, 30.4, 33 This petition would amend various probate rules to improve judicial oversight and processing of probate matters.
