RULE CHANGE NOTICE: As of January 1, 2020, a new rule has
become effective that specifies that a copy of the lease and any addendums
related to the eviction must be served to the defendant with the complaint and
summons. Additionally, if the action is for non-payment of rent, a copy of the
accounting of the charges and payments for the last six (6) months must be
served with the complaint and summons.
