Welcome to the Victims' Center, which contains information about victim rights, restitution, and resources.

  • The Address Confidentiality Program helps victims of domestic violence, sexual offenses, and/or stalking from being located by the perpetrator through public records. It provides a substitute address and confidential mail forwarding services to individuals and families across Arizona.
  • Crime Victim Statement of Rights Notice - This statement is posted in courthouses in Arizona and read out loud at the beginning of appropriate criminal court dockets.
  • The Arizona Attorney General's Office, Victim Services, explains some of the services available to victims.
  • The National Crime Victim Bar Association is a network of attorneys and allied professionals dedicated to facilitating civil actions brought by crime victims. Crime victims may be able to file civil lawsuits against perpetrators and responsible third parties for the damages the victim suffers as a result of the crime.
  • The National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA) is a private, non-profit, organization committed to the recognition and implementation of victim rights and services. The organization was founded in 1975.
