    Would amend ER 4.2 (Rule 42 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona) to help safeguard the represented government entity against overreaching by the communicating lawyer without inappropriately burdening that lawyer’s client’s right to communicate with their government representatives.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2024, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 3, 2024.
