    THE ARIZONA PROSECUTING ATTORNEYS’ ADVISORY COUNCIL SUBMITS THIS PETITION TO AMEND RULE 39, ARIZONA RULES OF THE SUPREME COURT.

    Filed: December 12, 2023

    Would amend Rule 39 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona to permit a pending Arizona Bar applicant, who is already licensed in another jurisdiction, to make the same appearances in courts and administrative tribunals as a certified limited practice law student or a law graduate pending admission to the Arizona Bar.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2024, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 3, 2024.
