    Good morning, Attached please find the Petition to Amend Rule 2, Arizona Tax Court Rules and Exhibits A & B thereto. This is a technical amendment to fix a broken cross-reference to old ARCP 42(f), since renumbered as Rule 42.1. Regards, Joshua Carden

    Would amend Rule 2, Ariz. Tax Court Rules to correct an outdated cross-reference to former Ariz. R. Civ. P. 42(f), renumbered as Rule 42.1
