    Would amend many of the Arizona Tax Court Rules of Practice to restyle them by using clearer language, avoiding long sentences and ambiguous terms, and using consistent formatting conventions and terminology.

    Would amend the Arizona Tax Court Rules of Practice to restyle them by using clearer language, avoiding long sentences and ambiguous terms, and using consistent formatting conventions and terminology.

    Comments must be submitted no later than Monday, May 1, 2023.
    Any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Thursday, June 1, 2023.
