    Would extensively amend the Rules of Proc. for the Foster Care Review Bds. and Supp. Rules of State Foster Care Rev. Bd.

    Filed January 9, 2020.

    Comment must be submitted on or before May 1, 2020.

    Replies must be submitted on or before June 1, 2020

    ORDERED: Petition to Amend Rules of Procedure for the Foster Care Review Boards and the Supplemental Rules of the State Foster Care Review Board = ADOPTED, effective January 1, 2021.

    On Saturday, March 7, 2020, the State Foster Care Review Board voted unanimously in support of Rule Petition R-20-0010 and requested that a Comment be filed to signify the State Board’s support for the proposed changes.
