    Would amended Protective Order Rules 223 and 38 and associated forms.

    Filed July 13, 2020.

    Comments are due by no later than October 1, 2020.

    Reply is due by no later than October 15, 2020.

    ORDERED: Petition to Amend Rules 23 and 38 of the Arizona Rules of Protective Order Procedure = ADOPTED as modified on an emergency basis, effective August 25, 2020.

    FURTHER ORDERED: Opening this matter for public comments. Comments are due October 1, 2020, and any reply is due October 15, 2020. The Court will decide whether to adopt this rule on a permanent basis at its December 2020 Rules Agenda.
