Would amend ARPOP Rule 25(e) to align with recent changes to Arizona civil forfeiture law. Specifically, would raise the standard for forfeiture of property seized in civil Injunctions against Harassment.

    Filed: January 6, 2023

Would amend Rule 25(e) of the Arizona Rules of Protective Order Procedure to increase the burden of proof required to impose restrictions on firearms possession, purchase, and receiving in an injunction against harassment.
