    Would amend Rule 38(f) of the Arizona Rules of Protective Order Procedure to provide that if a defendant does not personally appear at a contested hearing but the plaintiff does, the protective order will remain in effect.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2024, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 3, 2024.
