Since Sine Die was July 31st, 2023, since Arizona Bills become enact 90 Days from Sine Die, SB1291 will be enacted on October 30th, 2023.
This needs to be taught and followed by Court Personnel if these changes are allowed to pass.
I believe these changes are paramount to help keep Estates within the families instead of allowing outsiders to exploit our vulnerable adults.
This is an important change to allow a jury of a person's peers to be the ones who decide if an alleged protected or incapacitated person requires a conservatorship/guardianship/an order of protection.
