    Filed December 7, 2023

The proposed modifications address the interpretation of the active practice of law and clarify portions of the application for admission process.

Would amend Rules 34, 38, and 39 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona to clarify the phrases “good standing” and “active practice of law,” and to simply Rule 34’s bar application requirements.
