    Would amend the Arizona Rules of Evidence to add Rule 107 and amend Rule 1006 to conform to the anticipated 2024 amendments to the Federal Rules of Evidence

    Filed: January 10, 2024

    Would adopt a new Rule 107 to the Arizona Rules of Evidence to address the use of illustrative aids during trial and amend Rule 1006 of the same rules governing summaries of voluminous materials.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2024, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 3, 2024.
