    Would amend Ariz. R. Evid. 613(b) to conform to the anticipated 2024 amendments to Fed. R. Evid. 613(b)

    Would amend Rule 613(b) of the Arizona Rules of Evidence to specify when extrinsic evidence of a witness’s past inconsistent statement may be admitted.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2024, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 3, 2024.
