    Would amend Rule 43 of the Arizona Rules of Protective Order Procedure to require, after a defendant is sentenced, the Superior Court Clerk (rather than the court) to send out a notice of the filing of a petition for an Order for Lifetime No-Contact Injunction.

    Comments must be submitted by no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2024, and any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Monday, June 3, 2024.
