    The Petition seeks changes to Rule 13, Arizona Rules of Procedure for Judicial Review of Administrative Decisions, to make explicit that a party seeking to appeal to the appellate court a superior court decision in an administrative appeal may only appeal a ruling that complies with Arizona Rule of Civil Procedure 54(b) or (c).

    Would amend ARPJRAD 13 to require that one may appeal only a superior court ruling in an administrative appeal that complies with Ariz. R. Civ. P. 54(b) or (c).

    Comments must be submitted on or before May 1, 2019.

    Replies must be submitted on or before June 1, 2019.
