Between January 1, 2020, and December 31, 2024, participants who successfully completed Family Treatment Court in Maricopa County achieved an 85.4% reunification rate. During the same period, the reunification rate among the general population of open dependency cases was 54%.
Family Treatment Court data is stored and tracked in the Drug Court Case Management System (DCCM), a secure, web-based application developed by Advance Computer Technologies (ACT). All reported data is de-identified to protect confidentiality unless a mutually binding agreement authorizes the sharing of case-specific information.
