Due to popular demand, we will be presenting our conference a second time.

On February 3-4, 2021, the AOC’s Consolidated Collections Unit will be hosting Your FARE Share - Round Two, a two-day conference focusing on FARE, Debt Setoff and other court-related topics (via Zoom or WebEx).  COJET credit will be offered for all trainings. This event is a perfect opportunity for court staff to brush up on their FARE and DSO knowledge in preparation for the 2021 tax season and meet the AOC's Consolidated Collections Unit staff.

•  Wednesday, February 3, 2021 – Integrated Payment Solutions for Arizona Court Cases – FARE Overview, presented by FARE Program staff, 8:45 a.m. – 12 noon – via Zoom – Since 2003, the FARE Program has evolved from being focused on collections and revenue to enhancing compliance and offering a variety of payment options and new technology.  This class will explore the basics of FARE and TTEAP, how bankruptcies and chargebacks affect FARE cases, and payment options for litigants.

•  Thursday, February 4, 2021 – Debt Setoff (DSO)/TIP Overview – 8:45 a.m. – 11 a.m. and TIP Database Demo 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. – presented by Jessica Nannen and Dawn Stewart, DSO Staff, via WebEx – The morning class is an introduction for new court staff (or refresher for other staff) on the Debt Setoff Program and the Tax Intercept Program application. The afternoon class is a step-by-step demonstration of the TIP database.  Court staff can sign up for each class separately, or attend both.

Starting January 7, 2021, you may click this link to register - use "FARE" as the password if requested.  Registration closes when capacity reaches 130 or Monday, February 1, 2021 (whichever is first). This conference is free to all attendees.

Please note: All new court staff who sign up for the DSO trainings must have their court submit a Remedy by January 20 ^th requesting access (username and password) to the TIP database.  This is a requirement for new TIP users who are taking the class, otherwise they will not receive their TIP credentials.  To learn how to submit a Remedy, select this link and follow the directions on page 1.
