This training can benefit a variety of dependency participants including attorneys, judges, parent support, CASA and FCRB volunteers, Tribal workers, and DCS staff. Chief Justice Robert Brutinel opens the training by emphasizing the importance of engaging parents in their cases and making every attempt to ensure their understanding of the circumstances that caused their child’s removal from their home and what they, as parents, need to do to facilitate their child’s return.
