The Pinal County Superior Court’s PATHWAYS Family Treatment Court is a voluntary, collaborative program designed to provide comprehensive support for dependency-involved families facing substance use challenges. Going beyond standard dependency court practices, PATHWAYS integrates services, fosters strong relationships between families, systems, and community partners, and empowers parents on their journey to lasting recovery. Through this approach, families can reunify, strengthen bonds, and create safe, nurturing environments where children can thrive.

PATHWAYS Family Treatment Court envisions a program where families find hope and healing in their recovery journey, and where every child has the chance to flourish in a safe, loving, and stable home. We recognize individuals define their success and well-being in different, meaningful ways.
