Background:
In January 2016, Administrative Order 2016-02 established the Arizona Court Interpreter Credentialing Program (ACICP). As part of this initiative, court employees who provide interpreting services hired after June 30, 2017, must become credentialed at a Tier 3 or Tier 4 level within 24 months from their hire date, and courts should give appointment preference to credentialed contract interpreters, if available.
About the Webinar:
Maximize your chances of success on the Oral Court Interpreter Exam! ACICP, in coordination with the De La Mora Institute of Interpretation, is hosting an online oral exam preparation webinar for Spanish interpreters. Developed for ACICP, this instructor-led webinar offers participants a robust curriculum that focuses on skill-building in all three modes of interpretation, provides supplemental online practice tools, and the opportunity to take a Spanish/English sample exam with performance feedback and recommendations.
