  • Update base fine amounts in penalty schedule if necessary (for charge records with date range of 09/19/07 – 12/30/99)

Formulas have been inserted in columns F–I to assist with the calculation from 80% to 84% surcharge. These calculations are based on the current bond amount for that charge. Formulas may need to be adjusted for courts that assess court enhancement fees.
