IMPORTANT DATES:

Conference registration deadline is 5:00 pm, Wednesday, May 28, 2025, or when all seats are sold out.

Complimentary rooms will be available through June 2, or until the group block is full.  If you book a hotel room, complimentary or on-your-own, and no longer need it, please cancel 72 hours before your reservation date so YOU avoid the cancellation fee. 

 

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • There is no cost for registration or materials.
  • We will not be able to reimburse for mileage.
  • There is limited seating available; registration is required for attendance.
  • One registration per volunteer or staff only. Sorry, we are not able to accommodate guests due to limited seating.
  • Space is limited. If you registered and cannot attend, please cancel your conference registration ASAP to free your spot for someone else and assist us in avoiding meal cancellation fees.
  • Individuals who are both CASA and FCRB Volunteers should select BOTH on the registration form.
  • There are limited seats in each breakout session; please register for the session you are interested in attending.
  • Those who attend the entire conference will receive 6 hours of training credit.
  • Light continental breakfast and lunch will be provided, all other meals are on-your-own.
  • Conference rooms are typically cool in temperature; please dress accordingly.
  • The resort is offering a $110.00 per night rate for those wanting to extend their stay pre or post conference.
