Hotel Information:
- A limited number of complimentary rooms will be provided for the night of Monday, June 23. Rooms will be offered to participants who reside both outside of Maricopa County and who live at least 35 miles away from the hotel.
- Complimentary rooms will be available through June 2, or until the group block is full.
If you book and qualify for a complimentary room for the evening of June 23, you will be contacted individually to confirm your eligibility. If you are not contacted, you are responsible for all costs related to your reservation.
How to Reserve a Hotel Room:
- Immediately after registering for the conference, click Hotel Reservations Link to reserve a room at the special conference discount of $110.00 per room night plus associated taxes. Group code was included in email. (Registration for the conference does not automatically reserve a hotel room, that must be completed separately)
- All booking receipts will list a dollar amount for the hotel reservation.
- A credit card will be required when booking a hotel room reservation, whether complimentary or on your own.
- The We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort is offering reduced rates of $110.00 plus tax, per night for participants who wish to stay for up to three nights prior or after the conference at their own expense. This offer ends on June 2, 2025, or until the room block is full.
- All attendees booking a room are responsible for the hotel's terms, conditions and cancellation policy whether complimentary or on your own.
- PLEASE NOTE: to avoid a one night's room and tax charge, reservations MUST be canceled at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival for both complimentary and on-your-own reservations.
- An early departure fee of one night's room and tax will apply if a Group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.
- We will not be able to reimburse for mileage.
