The Committee on Criminal Rules Regarding Victims was established to review the amendments proposed by rule petition no. R-20-0031 and to determine which provisions of Rule 39, if any, might be logically relocated, as proposed by that petition, and whether relocating a provision would help safeguard victims’ rights. The Committee will make its recommendations by May 28, 2021.
