Workforce Excellence


 

The Committee on Leadership and Workforce Excellence (COLAWE) collaborates with judicial branch leadership to coordinate, direct, and oversee leadership development programs and training initiatives, thereby ensuring the sustained excellence of Arizona’s judicial branch workforce.

 

COLAWE Membership 

Membership encompasses representatives from various sectors including court administration, court security, adult and juvenile probation, judicial branch human resources, and judicial information technology. The committee also includes judges from both general and limited jurisdiction courts, at least one training coordinator, at least one Clerk of the Superior Court, and at least one member of the public. Members are appointed to serve three-year terms, while the chair and vice chair of the subcommittee serve two-year terms.
