Hey all!

We have a cool new Forms module and I need your help in testing it. Sometime today can you take a minute and fill out the form with random answers (No, I don't expect you to know who the best My Little Pony is (even thought it was Rarity)). Then hit the submit link at the bottom.

It is my sincere hope that once a few of you have filled this in, we'll be able to do the impossible...well, it was impossible at one time...and export all this info to an Excel spreadsheet.
