Disposition of Civil Offenses by Court Clerks
Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Order 2014-102 was signed in October 2014 and allows courts to designate court clerks who will be able to dispose of some civil offenses at the customer service counter. For these designated clerks, the Education Services Division has created a series of brief trainings designed to provide guidance in carrying out their local administrative orders.
