| The Court Services Division of the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) cordially invites you to attend the 2025 Court Interpreter Coordinator Summit. This all-day, in-person summit is designed to inform court interpreter coordinators, court administrators, and/or other staff who manage or oversee language-access-related issues about language access developments in Arizona, as well as further our discussion on improving language access in the courts. |

NOTE: This event is geared towards court leaders and other staff responsible for managing language-access related matters in their respective courts. It does not provide interpreter-specific training related to credentialing exams.

| HIGHTLIGHTS |

1. Networking - Coordinator’s Coffee - An optional networking opportunity to have a morning snack and chat with other court staff who oversee language access issues or staff interpreters in their court.
|

2. Updates - Learn about language access issues and related developments from the AOC, the Court Interpreter Program Advisory Committee (CIPAC), the Arizona Court Interpreter Credentialing Program (ACICP), and Language Access Plans (LAP).
|

3. Key Topic Discussions- Explore the role of AI-assisted translations in court settings, locate AOC-provided resources and tool to enhance language access and interpreter services, discuss the legal framework surrounding language access in the courts, and discuss challenges and resources related to acquiring interpreter services for the court.

4. Facilitated Small Group Topics - An opportunity for thoughtful discussions about specific language access matters in smaller groups with your peers from around the state; Hear input and discuss solutions on issues many courts have in common.

Coordinator’s Coffee: Attendees will enjoy light refreshments (coffee, pastry, etc.).
Lunch: A buffet-style lunch and refreshments will be provided for only $5.00 (payable by cash, check or money order day-of, or in advance).
Travel: The AOC will not be able to reimburse for travel-related expenses. If necessary, please obtain management approval to attend.
