  JOLTS is the Juvenile Online Tracking System, a statewide juvenile probation and dependency management system developed by Maricopa County Juvenile Court in 1979. It is currently installed in every juvenile court and detention center in Arizona.  JOLTS provides the following functionality:

  Any Future Plans?
  The three versions of Arizona JOLTS are being re-engineered into two versions: Maricopa County JOLTS (eJOLTS) is being incorporated into the Maricopa Superior Court Integrated Court Information System (iCIS).  Rural and Pima JOLTS are being re-engineered into JOLTSaz, a stand alone system which will serve the remaining fourteen Arizona Counties.

  What is the JOLTS Technology Platform?

JOLTS runs on an IBM AS/400, over the Arizona Judicial Information Network (AJIN) and is written in COBOL, utilizing JWALK software for the graphical presentation layer.  iCIS (Maricopa JOLTS runs on a Sequel Server and is written in Visual Basic.  JOLTSaz runs on a Sequel Server and is written in .net.
